How to Order?

1. Choose Your Product

Browse our website and select the product you’d like to order.

2. Inquire About Availability

Message our admins to confirm if the product is available.

3. Fill Out the Order Form

• Complete the order form provided by our admins or access it directly on our website via Jotform.

4. Payment

• Wait for an invoice from our admins before making any payment.

• Once the invoice is confirmed, send a 50% down payment or full payment.

• Note: We cannot issue an official receipt at the moment. However, if needed, a receipt can be provided by our sister business.

5. Order Confirmation

• Once the payment is settled, your order will be processed.

6. Pick-Up or Delivery

• For pick-up, coordinate with our admins for the time and location.

• For delivery, provide a two-day notice for Valentine’s Day or February orders. We’ll also send a reminder 1-2 hours before delivery.

Bouquet wrappers and fillers, including dried flowers, are subject to availability and may vary, but we will strive to replicate the arrangements displayed and inform you of any changes.

For Valentine’s Day orders, please anticipate potential delays, and rest assured we aim to deliver your bouquet with care and quality.
