1. Refunds are not available for orders canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. Changes to your order (such as delivery address or card message) can be accommodated up to 3 days before the scheduled delivery time.
3. Full payment is required upon placing an order or within one week of the order date. Orders will not be processed until payment is complete.
4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions beyond our control, we reserve the right to reschedule deliveries for the safety of our delivery team.
5. Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed. However, we offer credits equivalent to the order amount for future purchases, subject to availability.
6. Refunds will only be issued if there is a failure to deliver, if the items are damaged, or if any items are missing upon receipt. In such cases, the bouquet must be returned in its original condition to facilitate a full refund or compensation for the value of the missing items. If the bouquet is damaged, the delivery fee will be waived, and appropriate compensation will be provided. To ensure we can address the issue promptly, please report any concerns immediately upon receiving your order.
7. While we strive to deliver on the scheduled date and time, external factors may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.
